Challenge
The site has to speak to 2 people at once: the practice owner who buys it and the new clinician who uses it. The subject is serious, with clinicians, agreements and client privacy involved, so a site that feels like generic tech would lose trust and one that feels too clinical would feel cold. And the product is new: nobody arrives knowing what a guided onboarding path is.
Objective
Show the product doing the job, in a practice's own language. The homepage opens with the pain every owner knows: "Your manual is 200 pages. Their first client is Tuesday." Then it shows 3 steps with nothing to install, and walks through what a new clinician actually does: watch a lesson, pass a quiz to open the next part, sign agreements on the step, and find the practice's tools. Owners get their own page ("Write it once. Every new clinician gets it."). Privacy gets its own page too, because a practice's first question is where the data goes, and the answer is training only, never client records. A calm serif, warm paper and deep teal keep it trustworthy rather than techy.
Results
8 pages (Home, Features, For practice owners, Pricing, Privacy, Book a demo, Privacy policy and Terms) designed for desktop and phone, with a clickable prototype for each, including sending a demo request. The product screens on the site are the real app, shown with its demo practice. It comes with a brand guide, a design system, wireframes, developer handoff specs and mockups at 4 device sizes. It hasn't launched yet: prices are placeholders and the privacy copy is a draft waiting for legal review.
